Ein solches Indiz kann durch andere Umst\u00e4nde widerlegt werden.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Schweigen am Unfallort<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um unangenehme Folgen nach einem Verkehrsunfall zu verhindern, sollten die Unfallbeteiligten dennoch am Unfallort keine vorschnellen Zugest\u00e4ndnisse t\u00e4tigen. H\u00e4ufig sind die am Unfall beteiligten Parteien schlie\u00dflich unter Stress und stark verunsichert, was im Ergebnis zu vorschnellen Erkl\u00e4rungen f\u00fchrt. Solche Erkl\u00e4rungen erschweren im Zweifel die anschlie\u00dfende Schadensregulierung enorm und k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Schadensregulierung durch Anwalt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aktuell ist es nach Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen die Regel geworden, dass die gegnerische Versicherung sich telefonisch meldet und eine \u201eschnelle und unkomplizierte\u201c Schadensregulierung anbietet. Dabei darf jedoch nicht verkannt werden, dass \u00fcblicherweise durch diese Verbindung zwischen Versicherung und Gutachter eine unabh\u00e4ngige und neutrale Bewertung problematisch sein kann.
